USINGYOUR KAMBROOK
CITRUS X-PRESS
Wash all removable parts in hot, soapy
water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. It is
recommended NOT to wash any parts of
the Kambrook Citrus X-press in the
dishwasher as the harsh detergents and
high water temperature will discolour and
distort these parts.
Important:The smaller cone must be in place first
before larger cone can be fitted.
WARNING:
DO NOT IMMERSETHE MOTOR
BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
ASSEMBLING
Place the Citrus X-press motor base on a
level, flat surface. Place the juice jug over
the drive shaft on the motor base and turn
clockwise until it locks into position.
JUICING
Wash your selected citrus fruits and cut
in half.
Plug the power cord into a 230/240V
power outlet and then turn the power on.
Then press one half of the fruit firmly
down onto the cone. The motor will
automatically start and the juicing cone will
begin to rotate. Lifting fruit off the cone
then reapplying pressure may cause the
cone to automatically change direction.This
is normal and ensures that the fruit is
thoroughly juiced.
Then sit the strainer dish on top of the
juice jug, ensuring the protruding piece on
the strainer dish is placed correctly on top
of the jug handle.
To stop, lift the fruit from the cone. Juicing
will automatically stop.
ALWAYS turn the power off at the power outlet and
then unplug power cord, before unlocking juice jug,
strainer dish and cones or cleaning.
Then fit the small cone onto the drive shaft
and push down lightly, a clicking sound will
be heard. For larger citrus fruits (grapefruits

the cone whilst juicing to extract

More juice is also obtained from the fruit
juiced if the fruit is at room temperature.
MAINTAININGYOUR
KAMBROOK
CITRUS X-PRESS
Switch off at the power outlet and then
unplug power cord.
Disassemble the unit and wash all
removable parts in warm, soapy water.
Do not place these parts in the dishwasher
as the harsh detergents and high water
temperature will discolour and distort
these parts. It is best to rinse or wash all
removable parts immediately, as dried
citrus pulp is difficult to remove and may
stain. Dry all parts thoroughly after washing
and rinsing them.
Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning
solutions or hard brushes for cleaning as
these may scratch and damage the unit.
WARNING:
DO NOT IMMERSETHE MOTOR
BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
