• Eine asphärische und eine ED-Linse (mit extra geringer Dispersion) sorgen dafür, daß die Bilder von der Mitte
bis zu den Rändern scharf und unabhängig von der Brennweiteneinstellung praktisch frei von Farbsaumbildung
sind. Dank einer 9 segmentigen Blende ergibt sich eine nahezu perfekt kreisrunde Öffnung, so daß nicht scharf
eingestellte Bildteile vor und hinter dem bildwichtigen Objekt in ästhetisch anmutende Unschärfe getaucht
werden.

Focusing, zooming and depth of field
Avec les boîtiers autofocus Nikon (sauf le F3AF), tournez d'abord la bague de zoom jusqu'au cadrage de la
composition souhaitée dans le viseur avant d'effectuer l'autofocus. En manuel, la mise au point est possible à
toute focale, mais plus facile à des focales plus longues parce que l'image est plus grande et la profondeur de
champ réduite. Si votre boîtier est doté d'un bouton ou levier de prévisionnage de la profondeur de champ

Fokussieren, Zoomen und Tiefenschärfe
Mit Nikon-Autofokuskameras (außer F3AF) wählen Sie zunächst durch Drehen des Zoomrings den gewünschten
Bildausschnitt, bevor Sie die automatisch Schärfeneinstellung aktivieren. Bei manueller Schärfeneinstellung spielt
die Brennweiteneinstellung keine Rolle, gestaltet sich bei langen Brennweiten jedoch einfacher, weil dann das Bild
größer und die Schärfentiefe geringer ist. Wenn Ihre Kamera über einen Schärfentiefenknopf oder –hebel verfügt,

Dans les situations suivantes, la mise au point automatique peut ne pas fonctionner correctement lors de la prise
de vue avec des objectifs grand-angle ou super grand-angle Nikkor.
1. Quand le sujet principal dans les repères de mise au point est relativement petit.
Comme illustré sur la Fig. C (voir ci-dessus), quand une personne debout sur un fond éloigné est placée dans
les repères de mise au point, le fond peut être net, alors que le sujet est flou.
2. Quand le sujet principal est une scène ou un sujet petits, à motifs.
Comme illustré sur la Fig. D (voir ci-dessus), quand le sujet a des motifs importants ou est à faible contraste
par exemple un champ couvert de fleurs, la mise au point automatique peut être difficile à obtenir.
Dans de telles situations:
(1) Mettez au point sur un autre sujet équidistant de l’appareil, puis utilisez la mémorisation de la mise au point,
recomposez et déclenchez.
(2) Ou réglez le sélecteur de mode de mise au point de l’appareil sur M (manuel) et mettez au point
manuellement sur le sujet.

2. Slide the lock lever toward the aperture ring, so the two orange dots are aligned.

Zooming the lens from 18mm to 35mm decreases the maximum aperture approx. 1 f/stop. For cameras with TTL
metering, there is no need to adjust the aperture. Likewise, for TTL auto flash photography with Nikon Speedlights,
no adjustment is required. However, when the flash-to-subject distance approaches either the near or far limit of
the automatic shooting range, the aperture may need to be adjusted slightly.
