HDA 280
Audiometrie-Kopfhörer
Die Bauart des HDA 280 ist von der Physikalisch-Technischen
Bundesanstalt geprüft. Der Kopfhörer entspricht IEC 60645-1.
Wichtig!
Der HDA 280 ist für den Betrieb mit einem Audiometer be-
stimmt! Beim Austausch von Audiometrie-Kopfhörern muss das
Audiometer neu kalibriert werden!

Cleaning the headphones
To clean the headphones, use a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, the headphones can be cleaned with
a cloth that has been dipped in soapy water (use a mild cleanser such as washing-up liquid).
Note!
Do not immerse the headphones in water or allow the capsules to become wet.
Never use solvent-containing cleansers.

Replacing the ear cushions
̈ Grasp behind the ear cushions and pull them up and away from the earcups.
̈ Slide the new ear cushions onto the earcups.
Replacing the headband padding
̈ Pull the Ziploc type fastening strips of the headband padding apart, as shown in the diagram
on the left, and remove the worn headband padding.
̈ Put the new headband padding around the headband.
̈ Pull the two edges of the headband padding together so that the fastening strips slightly
overlap.
̈ Join the fastening strips.
Replacing the connecting cable
̈ Remove the ear cushion. Grasp behind the ear cushion and pull it up and away from the earcup.
̈ Loosen the screw ᕡ and remove it.
ᕡ
̈ Remove the cover from the earcup ᕢ.
̈ Pull the connector ᕣ out of the socket.
̈ Remove the strain relief of the connecting cable from the holding device ᕤ.
̈ Insert the strain relief of the new connecting cable into the holding device.
ᕢ
̈ Plug the connector ᕣ of the new connecting cable into the socket as shown in the diagram on
ᕣ
the left.
̈ Put the cover back onto the earcup ᕢ.
̈ Replace the screw ᕡ and tighten it.
