INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS  
MAZDA 6  
(2003-2007)  
NOTE: READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS BRACKETRON PHONE MOUNT.  
All instructions are written from the drivers seat position looking forward at the vehicle dash. We advise caution whenever you are  
removing or handling plastic parts of a vehicles dash. WARNING: Unnecessary force or pressure can cause pieces to crack or break.  
Logo and part number will be right side up and readable when installed.  
TOOLS NEEDED: Dash Trim Tool, (Part #SIT-104), #2 Phillips Screwdriver, 10mm socket and driver.  
PARTS INCLUDED: One Custom Bezel Mount and Instructions.  
LOCATION OF MOUNT: To the right of the air vent.  
Step 1.  
Begin installation by opening the glove box door. Remove the  
cable attached to the right hand side. Push inward on both  
sides of the glove box door and release two tabs. Pull the glove  
10mm Screw  
box off of its hinges and set aside. With the 10mm socket and  
driver, locate and remove the horizontal screw inside the glove  
box cavity. Set the screw aside. Note: See inset in top picture  
for guidance.  
Step 2.  
Apply the emergency brake, unscrew the shift knob and set  
it aside. Use the Dash Trim Tool (Part #SIT-104) to remove the  
bezel that surrounds the emergency brake lever. There are six  
clips that secure this bezel to the center console, and two that  
secure it to the bezel that surrounds the shifter knob. Release  
these clips and set bezel aside. Continue by releasing the bezel  
that surrounds the shift knob. There are two clips on each side  
of this bezel. Disconnect all wiring and set bezel aside.  
Install Mount Here  
Step 3.  
Locate and remove two Phillips screws from underneath the  
climate control. Set the screws aside. With manual climate  
control, remove three control knobs and set aside. Locate and  
remove two Phillips screws from behind the two outside knobs.  
Use the Dash Trim Tool to release three clips from each side of  
the radio. Carefully set the radio on a protective cloth to prevent  
any scratches.  
Step 4.  
Locate and Remove one Phillips screw from the upper right  
corner of the radio cavity and set screw aside. Place Custom  
Bezel Mount over existing screw hole and replace factory  
screw.  
Step 5.  
Carefully reinstall the dash in reverse order securing all wiring,  
clips, and screws. Install any Bracketron phone holder or Amps  
compatible device to your Custom Bezel Mount. Your installa-  
tion is complete.
